Accountant She Ltd is a rapidly scaling educational brand for accountants and bookkeepers. Founded by award-winning accountant and speaker Rachel Harris, our mission is to make accounting, leadership, and financial education accessible, modern, and values-driven.
Through digital courses, CPD-accredited training, and a thriving community of practice owners, we help accountants build confident, profitable, people-centred firms.
Location: Hybrid (Oxford / Manchester)
Hours: Full-time or part-time
Salary: £30,000 – 45,000 FTE + performance-based bonus (up to 15%)
Reporting to: Rachel Harris, Founder
The opportunity
We’re looking for a qualified accountant with a commercial and creative mindset to lead the growth and product development of Accountant She. This is a unique hybrid role blending:
- Technical understanding of accounting and practice life
- Product creation (courses, templates, toolkits)
- Business development & partnerships
- Content & brand growth (supporting podcasts, YouTube, and social launches)
You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, business development, and technical expertise, working directly with Rachel and our content lead to turn ideas, internal IP, and audience insight into high-impact products and campaigns.
What you’ll do is split into the four pillars of the role:
Product & CPD development
- Identify and extract valuable IP from our accounting firm and Rachel’s content
- Build CPD-accredited courses, templates, and digital downloads
- Maintain quality and technical accuracy in all Accountant She products
Growth & commercial strategy
- Own the Accountant She product roadmap and revenue targets
- Develop and optimise funnels, Teachable bundles, and partnerships
- Analyse performance data to drive revenue growth
Content & brand collaboration
- Work with our content team to plan campaigns around product launches
- Contribute ideas, scripts, and angles for podcast, YouTube, and short-form content
- Ensure Rachel’s time is used for the highest-impact content and commercial work
Audience & conversion
- Drive mailing-list growth and engagement
- Test lead magnets, nurture sequences, and product positioning
- Explore sponsorship, affiliate, and partnership opportunities
You’ll bring
- Minimum AAT qualification (ACA / ACCA / QBE welcome)
- At least 3 years’ experience in an accounting practice
- Confidence in building technically accurate accounting resources
- Commercial awareness and proven ability to turn ideas into income
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A love of data-driven growth and creative problem-solving
- The confidence to take ownership, make decisions, and manage up

Salary & bonus
- Base salary: £45,000 FTE
- Performance bonus: up to 15% (linked to product revenue, launches, and audience growth)
