Accountant She is looking for a Head of Product & Growth – a unique hybrid role for a qualified accountant who’s just as passionate about creativity and commercial strategy as they are about technical accuracy. You’ll work directly with founder Rachel Harris to turn ideas and insight into high-impact courses, digital products, and brand partnerships. This role sits at the crossroads of accounting, media, and education, blending product development, growth strategy, and content collaboration. Ideal for someone with accounting experience who loves data, storytelling, and driving revenue in meaningful ways.

We have over 800 clients which is supported by a business services team which prepares bookkeeping, VAT returns, CIS returns and management accounts for our clients. We have an accounts team which prepares sole trader accounts, company accounts, partnership accounts, corporation tax returns, self-assessment tax returns and research & development tax returns. We have an administration team which supports the accounts team, the outsourcing team, onboard new clients and support partners of the firm. We are also on the lookout for auditors, marketing executives and mortgage advisors as we grow and scale into new sectors, watch this space 👀
Within these teams we are always happy to accept applicants who are anywhere on their accountancy journey. From school leavers, individuals studying towards AAT, through to ACCA and ACA students.

Our offices are in the HP14 3FE postcode and we have one team day in the office per week, please only join the waiting list if once a week (completely hybrid outside of one day per week) at the postcode is suitable for you.
