2024 bursary scheme
Rachel has built upon the 2023 programme which was the first of it’s kind to provide an individual who is unable to fund their AAT studies with the opportunity to change their lives, with all of their costs covered, and more. For 2024, the bursary scheme is back and bigger than ever before.
The innovative Bursary Scheme will open to applications on 8th January 2024, applications close in February 2023 with an applicant chosen at the beginning of March 2023. The bursary is open to individuals who would love to start an AAT qualification but are unable to fund their studies themselves.
The bursary scheme is not simply providing financial support to the applicants, the impressive programme includes training provider costs covered, study planners, notes, question banks, task banks, mock assessments, unlimited email & phone tutor support, marking of mock assessments with feedback, 1 round of assessment fees, 1:1 mentoring by Rachel Harris (@accountant_she), access to Practice Makes Perfect ™ to provide real world practice experience, 1:1 interview and CV preparation.

We have over 800 clients which is supported by a business services team which prepares bookkeeping, VAT returns, CIS returns and management accounts for our clients. We have an accounts team which prepares sole trader accounts, company accounts, partnership accounts, corporation tax returns, self-assessment tax returns and research & development tax returns. We have an administration team which supports the accounts team, the outsourcing team, onboard new clients and support partners of the firm. Our offices are in the HP14 3FE postcode and we have one team day in the office per week, please only join the waiting list if once a week (completely hybrid outside of one day per week) at the postcode is suitable for you.

When all of Rachel’s friends went off to university and she was working 9-5 at an apprenticeship, she lost that sense of community. Her friend’s had hoodies and t-shirts with their university placements on and she felt alone.
